The VENKS brand is a property of VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd. All items of VENKS jewellery is, therefore, the responsibility of VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd.

All sales are final and cannot be negotiated upon after the sales transaction is concluded on the venksindia.com website. VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd is confident that the VENKS jewellery purchased by the customer will meet the customer's expectations.

However, items of jewellery bought from VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd have a replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects or damage during transportation on the condition that returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd will not accept any returns after 30 days. Proof of postage or courier receipt is required to verify and account for 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd inspects each item of jewellery prior to shipping. However, if items of jewellery are found to be damaged in transportation, VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd will replace those items free of charge.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items of jewellery once they are received by him/her. If an item of jewellery is found to be damaged on receiving it, please send it back to us and we will have the product replaced within 15 working days.
